Based on your requests,
in 2014 there are no scheduled educational events that will conflict with the Exhibit
Hall. We encourage you to join the education sessions, as we have planned
new and exciting presentations we think you will love!
Take full advantage of
the Friday “By Appointment Only” hours to make one-on-one appointments with
those attendees most interested in your products and services. You’ll have
three hours, from 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. to set appointments for
demonstrations or to meet with those who want more one-on-one time with you.
This is a great opportunity… so be sure to promote this time to
attendees. If you do not have scheduled appointments during this time,
you do NOT need to man your booth. If you do schedule appointments,

Social Pass for $299. This is for
non-insurance attendees and would include meals (breakfasts, lunches,
networking receptions, party, etc.). We
do not allow guests in the Exhibit Hall.
Provided you have a full
Conference registration, we encourage you to attend any and all classes. Many are
appropriate for you! (Exhibit Hall Only passes are not eligible.)
Certificates of Insurance
INSURANCE: Exhibitor shall, at its own expense, secure and
maintain through the period of the exhibition, inclusive of move-in and
move-out days, the following insurance:
A) Commercial general
liability with a minimum per occurrence limit of $1 million each occurrence
and $1 million general aggregate for;
1) bodily injury and
2) personal and
advertising injury, and
3) products and
B) Automobile liability
with a minimum of $1 million combined single limit liability covering owned,
hired and non-owed autos.
C) Workers compensation
insurance including statutory coverage and employer’s liability with a minimum
1) $100,000 bodily
injury by accident,
2) $100,000 bodily
injury by disease for each employee, and
3) $500,000 bodily
injury by disease policy limit
D) The General Liability
policy shall contain the following clauses or endorsements: The certificate
shall name NetVU as an additional insured, and shall provide NetVU with a
waiver of subrogation.
E) The workers
compensation policy shall contain the following clauses: The certificate shall
provide NetVU with a waiver of subrogation.
Failure to provide said
certificate to NetVU does not relieve Exhibitor of the responsibility to obtain
this coverage, and may subject the Exhibitor to preclusion or expulsion from
the show. The insurance carriers providing such insurance shall have no less
than an “A” rating according to A.M. Best’s rating. It is acceptable if the
Hired and Non-Owned Auto Liability coverage is provided as an endorsement to
your General Liability policy provided there is a separate $1 million combined
single limit. If your organization has less than 3 employees, or your state law
has granted you a waiver, you are not required to provide proof of workers
compensation insurance. Any insurance required under this Agreement must be
written by an insurance company admitted to do business in Texas.
Exhibitors must provide
NetVU with a copy of its Certificate of Insurance no later than January 1, 2014. The certificate shall name NetVU as an
additional insured, shall provide that the policies may not be cancelled or
materially altered without at least ten (10) days prior written notice, and
shall provide NetVU with a waiver of subrogation. ARBITRATION: Any controversy or claim arising out of or
relating to this contract, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by
arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the American
Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by the
arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
Attendee lists will be
provided to all exhibitors and sponsors approximately one (1) month prior to
the event. Lists include only those who have consented to be included in
distribution. If you send promotional material to Conference attendees, please
follow good, professional practices, and exercise respect for attendees’ time
and resources by making limited contact and strictly avoiding excessive and repetitive
communications. Specifically, only one (1) promotion sent by email is
permitted to conference attendees. This roster is for the
partner/sponsor/exhibitor’s one time use only, and not to be distributed to
other entities per the exhibitor space contract.

Reserving Your Booth for the 2015 NetVU Conference
Corporate Partners will
receive an opportunity to select their booth space on Friday, March 7, 2014.
NetVU exhibits will distribute all other exhibit contracts at 8:00 a.m. on
Saturday, March 8, 2014. Booths will be reserved on a first-come, first-served
basis. If you want a great location for next year, be sure to plan accordingly
and come to Conference prepared to reserve your 2015 exhibit space.
