Cancellations received in writing before 1/7/13 will be fully refunded. Those received in writing on or after 1/8/13 will be refunded 50% to cover advanced printing costs, etc. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER 2/18/13.

Please note: By attending this event you consent/authorize the use & reproduction by The Network of Vertafore Users Inc. (NetVU) of any photographs/video footage which might be taken of you, negative or positive, for future NetVU promotional purposes or display, printed or electronic. All images shall remain the property of NetVU. You agree that no further promises or compensation will be made by NetVU.

Important Hotel Information: 

NetVU does not contract lodging through any housing organization, other than Passkey, to make hotel reservations at our headquarters hotels, the Anaheim Hilton & Marriott.  Hotel rooms in Anaheim are selling out quickly over our conference dates, so please go ahead and make your room reservations directly with the Hilton and Marriott.  Reservations will be handled on a space-available basis until rooms at our special rates are sold out, or until our reservation cutoff date of 3/22/12, whichever comes first.
